The only items worth mentioning is that the carbon monoxide / propane leak detector may need replacing (6 years old). I have a new one in package which is included ! Same exact model

The top right corner of the oven is not flush with the counter, but this is because it needed to be properly resecured. The burners light by spark. The inside of the oven needs to be manually lit.

The previous owners had a small leak that was repaired and cleared by Camping World in Conway, NH when I had it inspected. I purchased the RV Armor later for peace of mind.
The exterior has some paint chips and fading (typical wear and tear).

There are a couple of bumper stickers there from when I purchased the RV. They likely can be removed.

There may be a photo from Etsy in the photos but that is not related. I'm unable to remove it for some reason.

All of the invoices are displayed in the photos for all of the service I've had done on it since I owned it. No expense was spared! I always fixed and serviced it right on time.
