FOR SALE By Original Owner - 2001 National RV Palisades Limited Model F310 5th wheel. 31ft - 3 Slides -We are selling the trailer for my father as he is not well and can no longer use his trailer. He purchased this unit new from Giant RV Colton CA in 2003, it was "old new stock" at that time. I could not locate this particular model in any of the online price guides, so I used the trailer length, features and options to match it to the closest description possible. I am being completely transparent with all issues I am aware of with the trailer. It has been sitting in outside storage for several years and
Mechanically this trailer is in great condition, all appliances and accessories work perfectly. The exterior fiberglass finish and vinyl striping have faded, and the striping is peeling. The interior is in overall great condition. The carpet is stained below the rear window and around the edges of the slides, the head liner is stained above the rear window and also where it meets the closet located at the front of the trailer. The stains were caused from water leaking in from the seams of the front and rear fiberglass "end caps" and the slide seals. Both end caps and all of the accessorie seams ( around roof vents, a/c's skylight, etc )on the roof have been resealed. There are three slides and all the slides need new seals. There are stains on the edges of the slides from water intrusion. Both rooftop air conditioners (front 11K BTU's rear 13.5BTU's) work excellent, as does the furnace, refrigerator (with ice maker) and all other appliances, everything works perfectly.
It's equipped with DirecTV automatic satellite dish. Both TVs are the older tube type, however they work well. The tires are weather cracking and need to be replaced. It's configured to use two 6 volt batteries, both are new as of three weeks ago. It has two 30 lb propane tanks that were just tested, certified and filled.
