Extremely low mileage on the 28 foot Coachman with a Chevy Vortec 6000 engine with a transmission tow option that gets around 12.5 miles per gallon which is much better than Ford and all service is up to date . The new set of six tires at thirty five hundred dollars are not even a year old yet and I just installed a new refrigerator and new Koni shocks and a water heater controller. The interior is in very good condition except for a small piece of missing veneer on the dining table. The air conditioner microwave and stove all work perfectly and the generator only has 73 hours on it. As with most older motorhomes the exterior is a little faded on the RV part somewhat but the cab paint is in good condition the awning is fairly new. The RV has a back up camera and comes with a Garman GPS. The RV is structurally sound and I just had the whole exterior cleaned and waxed. The RV needs nothing it's ready for it's next adventure. Note: The Coachman is a 2006 model on a 2005 Chevy Chassis. Note: there is a photo of the instrument panel that shows the check engine light on it’s because the key was on but the engine was not running. I took the picture to show the odometer at 11,398. There is no check engine light on when the engine is running.
