It’s over 20 years old; it’s not perfect.
Some aspects of both the interior and exterior are rough around the edges: the cosmetic paint is fading, some screws on the awning are loose, a small carpeted area installation is subpar, some compartment doors underneath have seen better days (though they still work fine and latch), near the driver’s seats there are some areas that aren’t as good looking as the pictures. It’ll likely need new tires within the next year. There’s a small rip at an awning over the slide and some foam showing, never leaked though. The original generator was removed by last owner. Fix: Honda propane/gasoline generators (over $2500 spent on these w/propane conversion) are included with full price offer. The batteries do not automatically charge when plugged into shore power. Fix: solar panels and/or quality Norco chargers are included to keep batteries topped up, or likely an easy fix! The windshield wiper fluid pump needs replaced. The driving AC unit from the Ford doesn't work.
