Originally an rv dealership rental, this Leppy had all the “new rv issues” (ifykyk) and maintenance handled by the dealer. This coach has an ideal layout with queen bed located in the back and direct access to shower and bathroom. Close the door and it becomes an en-suite bedroom. Bathroom has its own door for privacy. My favorite feature is the large picture window across from the bed so you can wake up to a beautiful view. Plenty of sleeping capacity and living space for a smaller motorhome. A 28’ rv is the sweet spot length for many National Parks as well as ease of parking and driving. Skylights provide lots of natural light throughout the coach. One slide-out increases the size of the kitchen and living space…you can use the bed and microwave even when the slide-out isn’t extended. Really convenient. Jackknife couch becomes a bed, dining table can be removed and padded benches become a small bed ideal for children or pets, over-the-cab bed, too. All the features you want: a/c, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, dvd/cd player, tv mounted on swing arm, reverse camera, lots of storage cabinets. Fridge is conveniently  battery or propane powered. Large, powered awning. LED exterior lighting. Outdoor shower. Many extras included: two thick memory foam mattress toppers, macerating sewer pump, leveling blocks, power cord, sewer hose kit, peel and stick wallpaper(easily removable if not your style)and backsplash.
