16309 miles. Recently replaced the refrigerator (freezer was previously icing), normal oil changes and generator oil changes. All batteries replaced in 2020 when I became the owner. Slideout-motors replaced on the wardrobe slideout when I became the owner. Windshield wipers replaced. Clean interior and exterior, non-smoking tenants. Catalytic converter recently replaced after it was cut-off by a storage facility break-in incident that impacted several other motorhomes. No issues after replacement.

All 3 slideouts functional, auto-leving jacks functional, air conditioner and heating units functional, sinks, shower and toliet functional, drainage functional; no mechanical or electrical issues that I'm aware of.

Stock electronics, stock interior with the exception of some towel clip-ons that were added by the previous owner.

Generator hours and mileage although accurate/approximate, are subject to change due to additional use incurred while this ad is in circulation as the motorhome is still in use.

Motorhome is stored on a secured facility that is attached to a highly reputable RV shop.

Insist on secure financial transactions. Escrow company or wire requirement. Just renewed registration.
