2012 Thor Astoria bought new from dealer and stored in garage from day one.27,000 miles but may increase if we take a trip.Has Cummins 360hp and allison trans,Onan genset.Non smokers,recent wash and wax.Instant hot water heater so all can take a shower.King bed in rear,2 bunks,front couch converts to air bed queen,loveseat converts to single bed.Everthing works as it should only selling to buy a couples layout as the kids no longer go with us.We flat towed a chevy Suburban with this, as that is how we got around once parked.Never had a problem with towing,actually had to remember it was back there.5/10/23 all new tires ,Full service including oil and filter,air filter,fuel filter,fuel/water separator,complete air dryer assembly
