This is a gently used beauty. The mattress is upgraded and extremely comfortable. The kitchen countertops and flooring are residential quality. The bathroom is spacious. There is so much storage throughout. We added an awning over the slide out to keep it clean. The AC and heater work great. There is room to easily add a second AC if desired. We added a capicitor so the AC can run on a 110. Great because you can plug in anywhere! There is room to entertain. We cooked lots of meals in there. Outside is a hookup for a gas grill. There is also an outside shower. Great for when you've been swimming in a lake!
The outside storage is across the full width and accessible from both sides. There is lighting inside the storage area. It has low miles and is just perfect. Unexpected life changes are prompting us to sell. It is covered by Jayco for any structural issues until August 2023. We have had zero problems.
