Well maintained Motorhome, 1 and 1/2 bath, with large shower and porcelain toilets. Non smoking. 2 slides,  3 TV’s, 2 inside and 1 outside in compartment. Electric fireplace, works well. 2 AC units that are dual air and heat. Also propane furnace. Electric and Propane Refrigerator. 2 brand new coach batteries dated 2/23. Drives very nice, I felt comfortable in the drivers seat. Backup and left and right turn mirror cameras. Engine and Generator filters and oil changed October 2023. Stored out of weather under my pole barn built specifically for storing our Motorhome. Full body paint. Everything works as designed, we have had no problems with it. We also have a cover that goes over the complete Motorhome, wheel covers/mirror covers/windshield wiper covers also. Solar panel on roof, for trickle charge of coach batteries. Brand new Michelin 235/80R 22.5 XRV tires with a DOT date of August of 2023, with a transferable extended warranty from Discount Tire, a $5000 value. Started to personalize the Motorhome for us, battery puck lights in the low light areas, cabinets and such. Attached a quick disconnect to the on board propane tank for using a grill outside. Liked to keep cooking smells, especially fish cooking outside, that ended up working real well.
