The King mattress is very comfortable, Serta/foam. Also has Winegard 360+, matching appliances, upgraded backsplash, wireless light switch at door for quick access to lighting, pneumatic hinges added for under table benches for easy open/close. Upgraded shower handle and sprayer for one-handed water temp adjustment. Teak counter extension added in kitchen.
