This travel trailer is ready for adventure, as a toy hauler and so much more!

We've lived in it full-time with our family of 7, using the huge "garage" as a bedroom and playroom.

What sets this rig apart? Why, because it's been outfitted for 100% off-grid adventure! With 400aH of LiFePO4 batteries, a Renogy 3000W pure sine wave Inverter, and (4) 340W solar panels making 1,360W of power, you can kiss RV parks goodbye and strike out for the wild country! Standard 30-Amp hookup charges the batteries automatically, and the off-grid system kicks in seamlessly when you unplug, with enough juice to power movie night - all the way up to microwaving the popcorn.

Includes 30A heavy-duty power cord, and a custom adapter cord to charge from any standard 20A outlet or generator, as well.

Propane tanks have also been upgraded to (2) 100lb tanks on a custom-fabricated mount, giving you months of propane for cooking, heat and hot water between fill-ups.

Dual opposing slides open up the kitchen and living room to almost 14' wide, with a full kitchen and entertainment center with Blu-Ray player and 3 comfy recliners. Leather upholstery has started to peel, so we have covers on all the seats.

And since this is a toy-hauler model, don't forget the 8'-plus ceiling heights. No more *almost* bumping your head if you're over 6' tall, like me.

Master bedroom (up front) has a king bed, double closets for hanging clothes, overhead cabinets, phone charging station, and a large storage space hidden under the bed.

The front bath has a full shower/tub, sink with vanity and medicine cabinet, and a large skylight.

The garage is a full 12'-6" deep, with plenty of room for all your motorized toys. It even has a factory fuel-dispending system: bring 30-gallons of fuel along with you anywhere, and fill easily with onboard pump and filler nozzle, just like at the gas station.

Garage also has double "queen-plus" motorized bunk beds (each can sleep up to 3 younger children), that nest into the ceiling when not needed.
There is even a separate half-bath in the back!

Off-grid system was installed in October 2022, along with 4 new tires. Minor wear and tear: some superficial scuffs, and missing black plastic wheel fenders.

Why are we selling? Life has moved on to a new chapter for our family, and we are just not using it like it deserves. We want to pass it on to someone who will get the most out of this one-of-a-kind off-grid rig for years to come!
