This has been a great pop up camper for our family of five! It has two camper king size beds with heated mattress covers, the dining table turns into a bed and the couch is a jackknife sleeper. Heater works great for the fall! We do use a portable A/C unit - though we rarely needed it. We will include it with the camper. It does have an awning and zip in closure that we have never used.
