Purchased new from Carolina Coach in Conover NC. It is winterized and has been in a storage lot at deep Creek Rv in Hubert NC since 11/22. We purchased a new park model which is on an annual spot there. It is in great condition and has been kept up since new. Everything included to set up on spot in campground. It comes with 2 tvs, has pass through storage and an outside fridge and flat top griddle that was never used. There is an electric fireplace which will keep the Rv warm until dead of winter when the furnace will take over. 2 ac units will keep nice and cool.
There is a jack knife sofa, dinette that pops down and a king size bed in the master with brand new mattress still in the plastic(we had put our own mattress in). Inside fridge runs on gas when traveling on the road.
Included with this Rv will be everything you need to start camping: water hoses, sewer hoses, extension cord for the 50amp hook up for sites where it is needed.
update-- we have since de winterized so we could check everything was still good. Had plugged up for a few weeks and all is great.
