Excellent condition 2021 Forest River Sandpiper C-Class 3440BH fifth wheel bunkhouse with automatic leveling. Bought new in 2021 and have used it exclusively for our own family camping trips. The front master bedroom has a 15k BTU ducted A/C unit with wall mounted thermostat, a slide-out wardrobe/linen closet and full bath accessible from either the bedroom or main hallway. The main living area also has a 15k BTU ducted A/C unit with wall mounted thermostat. The outside includes storage under the front cap, pass-thru storage under the master bedroom, a motorhome style docking station with water/cable connections, exterior refrigerator, grill, storage under the bunkhouse and a bumper mounted spare tire with cover. Both entry doors have MORryde steps with struts that easily fold into the coach while in storage or transit. The hot water heater can run off electricity and/or LP and the refrigerator has its own battery to keep it running while you’re traveling. It also has its own built in Wi-Fi router and digital HD tv antenna so you can stay connected. It can be used year-round with its heated and armored enclosed underbelly. It’s a two year old camper that we have used so there are a few purely cosmetic knicks and scratches to be expected.
