A Coach House RV is a unicorn in the RV World. It rides on the E-450 Super Duty Chasis powered by the mighty and proven Ford Triton V-10 with a 5-speed Torqshift automatic transmission with tow/haul mode. No oil leaks on engine or transmission. Smooth & steady with a well maintained idle. It runs & drives great. It is equipped with a motor assist hot water heater (when you arrive at your destination you don't have to wait for hot water because the engine did it for you), New brakes and emergency brake system, NEWLY installed windshield, outside shower, NEW 13,500 BTU rooftop A/C, 2000w inverter, Onan 4.0 kw MicroQuiet generator with 800 hours, that has been completely serviced with new fuel pump, filter, & spark plug. It performs perfectly.Its the best in the class with a "one piece fiberglass shell", R-28 insulation, amazingly quiet & comfortable. This RV has taken us to amazing places and because of the small size and aerodynamic low profile it is more fuel efficient than other Class C motorhomes. We have never had the need to tow a vehicle. It is equipped with rubber pucks between the frame rails and a Firestone Ride-Rite air bag system installed by Coach House. It slips through the wind and doesn't get blown around.

In the cab we have newly recovered captain's chairs with a power driver's seat and a swivel passenger seat. It has a new AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth & USB port.

The rear bedroom has a walk around queen size bed with a 120v outlet in the nightstand, a Fantastic Fan, a large wardrobe closet and a NEW smart TV.

The fully enclosed private bathroom has a sink with a flip up countertop extension, a glass door with a fiberglass shower, and a NEW porcelain toilet.

The living area is furnished with a powered sleeper sofa 54" X 72" that sleeps 2, moveable pedestal table, NEW front TV, Bose 3-2-1 surround sound system, DVD player, NEW vinyl flooring, convection microwave oven, double sink with pull out sprayer head, 2 door 3-way refrigerator, and a 3 burner stove.

We have owned it since 2013 and have always kept it under a carport cover. Also, if interested we can send an extensive maintenance record.
