1 family owner 27 foot with 2 power slide outs and power awning. Only selling our baby due to medical reasons- not able to camp anymore!! Well loved and cared for, she has king size, slide out bed in separate, back bedroom. We added 4 inch foam padding under the mattress for luxury sleeping comfort. Multiple storage cabinets there for clothing, gear etc. New cabinet over the bookcase adds even more space!

Bathroom with added medicine cabinet allows for plenty of space for all your family's needs. Large shower with moonroof makes bathroom bright and cheery. I use enzymatic powder in the grey/black water, so it helps clean itself.

Kitchen and dinette connected in large, power slide out that makes living area very roomy. Kitchen with 3 burner propane stove and oven, microwave, nice size fridge for long vacations! Fridge and hot water heater both electric and propane for off-grid camping. More storage than we ever needed for the 5 of us. Entry cabinet for brooms, umbrellas, keys, flashlights, etc. 3 person couch that opens to bed. 4 person dinette also opens to larger bed. Huge storage under each dinette seat. All seats have seat belts; gotta keep the family safe!

2 front, swivel captain's chairs, very comfortable! Passenger side has raisable dash desk with USB ports-very handy! Dash drops down to window for over-large driving visibility. RV has power leveling and all sides- camera.

Second electric bed over cab. Has surround netting and ladder for easy access, but no falling out! Great for kids and a teen hang out. Egg crate foam goes with bedding for added comfort!

We have huge sunscreen to slide behind front window privacy curtain for cooling down camper in extended summer stays. Have also lined all cabinets with heat absorbing material, so RV stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Both AC and heater work great!

Large storage behind both captain chairs for games, maps, trash can, pet bowls, etc. Even more storage outside in multiple areas. Speakers, radio, DVD and multiple TV's for entertaining.

I have tried to enclose pictures that show the storage and amenities for you, but would love to show her in person or via facetime call! She is a smaller RV, at 27 feet, but easily maneuverable in traffic and with plenty inside living space. She hauls 8,000#, so you can easily drag your own vehicle behind her.
