Safe T Plus Steering Control. Tire Minder TM 66 Pressure monitoring system. Upgraded mattress. No leaks. All new tires in 2021 that still look new. Oil changed every 3,000 - 4,000 miles or at least once a season, always full synthetic. Added Oil drain valve to make oil changes easier. Reinforced many door / drawers. Added lots of little things to make it more homey, that will go with the coach: kitchen utensil holders and spice racks etc. Detailed / waxed once a year, stored under partial cover until this year.

There are a few maintenance issues I wil be working on the next few weeks, completing these will have no imact on the price: Passenger-side slide canopy cloth tore, needs to be replaced. Auto stair-step motor burnt out, needs to be replaced. A couple of drawer slides are at the end of life, will be replaced.

Recent Maintenance (July & August 2023): Replaced / upgraded the instant-on water heater(FOGATTI Tankless Water Heater). Rear roof-top AC replaced. . New Thetford toilet installed. Front brake pads replaced.
