This RV is great for boondocking! Our family full-time lived in this 2bd/2ba fifth wheel last year and have worked out all of the kinks for you. We have tested this RV down to 13 degrees F last winter and the pipes did not freeze (even without skirting). The solar kit includes four 100 W panels, a Renogy 30 A charge controller, four non-lithium batteries, and a Zantrex Freedom 458 2000 W 50 A sine wave inverter that allows you to run the microwave, charge your phones, and watch tv all at the same time without being plugged in (extra $10k in upgrade for this package). The camp kitchen has been converted into a laundry room with new Splendide vented washer dryer combo unit. Say no to tire blowouts and breakdowns: The suspension was just rebuilt with two extra leaf springs per axle. We added brand new 14 ply steel reinforced tires (not the cheap kind you get with a dealer). New valves for black and gray tanks. Front storage box frame now with reinforced steel. This unit is perfect for a family that wants to travel, do their laundry in the RV and have a great back room for the kids to play or an office space. We love the RV, but have settled back in a home and want to let it serve the next family.
