We purchased our Sundance used in June of 2021 in Phoenix, AZ, where we lived in it while we sold our house. Our Sundance was perfect for remote work in flagstaff, and we made many trips up and down the mountain to Phoenix. Its two AC units could keep up with the Hot Phoenix Sun through the summer, and the gas heater was perfect in Flagstaff during the fall! It was the perfect size for our family of four and was perfect for that stage of life. Overall she's in great shape! Our Sundance has only put 300 miles on its brand-new tires, and with my wife and I working and in school, we've lacked opportunities to take her out.
Issues: A plastic step stool was in the way and hit the bathroom door one time when closing. When we took down our Christmas decorations and artwork, one of the command strips removed a piece of paper from the wall in the bunkhouse. One of the bench seats was wobbling a little, so I reinforced it with angle brackets, but you can see where it was starting to separate. When we were in Arizona, the Sundance Label was facing the sun and faded some.
