Price includes Reese weight distribution hitch. The king matress is upgraded (and really comfortable!). I just installed 4 new tires and 2 new batteries for more time off grid. The rear steps were just replaced bc they would scrape on big dips in driveway or campgrounds. Morryde solid steps were installed. I attached more pictures to show this. The only reason I am considering selling this is because we want a larger fifth wheel.
