2nd owner. "VERY LOW MILES"
This is a rare find! 2006 Monaco Caymen 37 PBD with 8,260 miles. Cummins 300 diesel pusher with Allison 2500 transmission. 7k lbs towing capacity.
5,500 miles driven cross country in the last year with no issues other than with the transfer switch in a park with sketchy power. It has since been replaced with a built in surge protector.
We also replaced the NorCold Refrigerator Controller as the temp would not adjust.
We have added 4 - 100 Watt Renogy solar panels, New Faucets in Kitchen, Bath and Shower. New slide toppers 11/2021. New house batteries 2/2022. Weldex monitor was replaced for rear and side camera views. Tire date codes are 1320.
We also replaced the Front TV with a Samsung QLED 32" (exceptional picture quality).
This has a North/South Queen bed, which is nice and quite uncommon. There is plenty of space to walk through when slides are closed.
The interior is in extremely good condition as it was barely used by the original owner. Interior is "Chateau Stone" with Jacknife sofa and "New Vintage" Oak solid cabinets.
The RV was stored mostly outdoors by original owner and therefore exterior has some sun damage to clearcoat on passenger side rear and checking, otherwise in good shape.
