Only 6,850 miles on this like new 2022 Coach House Platinum 220 TB and I've been through the "shakedown cruise" phase of the few warranty items. There is still nearly two years remaining on the assumable three (3) year Coach House factory warranty. This RV is absolutely spotless. No Smoking, no pets, and no kids in unit. Always stored under cover. If you are considering "New 2023" you are looking at upwards of $180,000+ and one +/- year wait. Sale is a personal decision of a developing medical condition. The Coach House Platinum 220 TB has twin beds in the rear (convertible to a king) with upgraded memory foam mattresses, generous ovehead storage with twin shirt closets, vanity night stand between the beds and dresser like storage under beds and a privacy door from front of coach. Moving forward the bathroom is on the driver side with full porcelain flush toilet and vanity sink and full size stand up shower on passanger side. In the galley is a large double door 3-way power refrigerator/freezer, and opposite is the sink, stove, and overhead 3-way convection, grilling, micorwave, and full height pull out storage/pantry rack. The power reclining dining and seating couch reclines to a 3rd bed.

This is a 4-season equipped unit with heated tanks, fully ducted AC with heat pump and furnace, on demand hot water system, twin fantistic rain sensing roof with add-on roof covers. Includes too many items to mention here, but highlights are generator, 1200 watt converter, 190 watt of solar battery charge panel, emergency start power switch, automatic leveling system. factory added seat belts for the love seat/sofa, fully carpeted with carpet mats to protect original flooring and easy cleaning. etc.

This Ford E-450 chassis unit has the new generation Ford 7.3 liter "Godzilla" gas V-8 with improved power, torque, and gas mileage over the old Ford Triton V-10.
