The camper has been well taken care of. 3 expandable units make 3 queen beds plus dining table converts to a full size bed plus a bench single bed. Lots of sleeping space! All appliances work well! We painted and decorated the camper to our taste, as you will see in the pictures, it is warm and inviting. The camper has a full dvd/flat screen entertainment system. The tires are under 3 years old and have great tread. Wheel bearings were just repacked in September of 2022. Anderson hitch and sway bar are included with electric loading Jack. Lots of extras can be included: propane grill, plumbing/electrical connections, portable dump station, outdoor mat, etc.
