This is a rare find. New leather interior surfaces, New epoxy counters/tables/etc (gorgeous), New 4kW generator, New awning, New Roof A/C, a full wrap designed by 'Transparent Artist' for a cross-country charity run: The Amazing Friendship Run. This was a former Guiness Book of World Records runner who ran cross-country (at 78 years old) to promote unity after the pandemic.

The 'Cherry On Top' is a 8' x' 8' Rooftop Hangout with foldable railings.

Costs for the recent (within the past 18 months) upgrades: Rooftop: $7400, Wrap $13,000, Epoxy Surfaces $2500, New Generator $5200, New Awning $3000. Total of $28,400 in upgrades!!! The leather had been recently installed when I bought her 18 months ago. It is in great shape.

Overall excellent mechanical condition with two exceptions: the automatic step at the entry and the controls for the chassis A/C. All-in $1000 would fix both, and that is scheduled to be done in January at Al's RV.
