This 1991 Sun sport has 79k miles and has been gutted and remodeled all the way down to the plumbing and electrical. It is equiped with 950 watts of solar on the custom roof rack, a 3,000 watt Inverter, and two 320 amp hour lithium ion batteries from renogy. Power is routed through the van with home grade wiring to be able to support being lived in full time on 100 percent solar or shore power. The plumbing has been replaced with home pex pipe connecting the 15 gallon water tank, always on electric hot water, toilet, sink, and shower. The black tank is new with a new dump for the black and gray tank. The custom cabinets offer much more storage than what was originally available after the class B RV convertion. The over cab bed has a 4 inch memory foam queen mattress that rolls out over the living space. The couch is also a memory foam pad that can sleep one person. An induction hot plate, convection microwave, electric refrigerator/freezer, and a over head AC unit are also installed and run 100 percent off the solar inverter. Many van builds now days look Instagram ready but offer little in functionality for a 40-80k price tag. I built this van to be lived in full time for a year completely off of the grid, so there are a lot of little custom touches to make it much more comfortable than your standard build. The outside of the van is the part that could use some love. I ran out of budget to have it panted but there are new 10 ply tires on it. To be clear, mechanically it has had no isues it just needs some paint and wheels because the protective coating has pealed off.
