2018 Rockwood Signature Ultra Light bunkhouse with 2nd bathroom - great 5th wheel RV for seasonal camping and works great for a family with an in-law, 2 kids or a teenager wanting own room with door and own bathroom. Outdoor kitchen allows cooking and eating outdoors, therefore the horseshoe bench was removed in favor of a recliner. Table is still in use and available. Lots of storage in RV with drawers, cabinets and under queen bed.

5th Wheel is a 50 Amp electric service with 2 air conditioners, 4 maxair fans with rain sense on two exposed, 2 have max air caps - all have remote control. LP and electic heater for water and heat. Living room fire place, large television with sound bar. Full size refrigerator, freezer with ice maker. Tank heaters for cooler climates and two air-conditioners for hot climate when 50 amp is available. Run one a/c when on 30 amp service.

A lot of fun was had in this rv but we decided to move up to a larger unit for long term permanent camping.

Unit in good used condition with some wear and tear that is normal.
