This is a two summer season old 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 8 264BH, with less than 3,000 miles of use. We purchased this trailer in March of 2021 at General RV in Wixom, MI for $22,500. This unit has been extremely well cared for and lightly used by our family for eight trips in lower Michigan. We just moved to a new home and are selling this as we plan to be home more than normal for the next few summers. Everything is 100% functional and in new condition. There are really only two belmishes that are noteworthy. Both are on the base of the cabinetry near the kitchen sink and fridge where some water caused some swelling of the wood. All other subsystems, surfaces, and the entire trailer are pristine and like new and have been well cared for by our meticulously trained family. We aim to care for everything we own so we can use them with pride and then when the time arises sell them to a new proud owner for a great value to them. We are a no shoe family in the trailer and 90% of the time use the park showers, so everything is clean like new and fresh. We have a six inch memory foam short-queen mattress on the queen bed, Jayco cover on the sofa, Integrated dish drying rack over the sink, pull-down faucet on the kitchen sink, quick disconnect hoses for external grilling, Kurt weight distribution hitch and sway control, blue-tooth electric brake controller, large outdoor carpet, water filters, water pressure regulator, surge protector, 25' 30 amp extention cord, 2x 25' braided water lines, 40' sewer connection tubes, clothes bar for ladder, winter cover, leveling pads, between tires locks, and a few other on-road desirable spare parts are all included (these items alone are worth aproximately $2,500).The title is free and clear. This trialer is ready for delivery or pick-up and is stored in a locked and paved storage area in South Lyon, which could be used for extended period if desired. I am happy to deliver the trailer and walk a new owner through all of the set-up. It is initially a lot of detials if you are a first time owner, but all manageable and remarkable in eases and reward after getting through the initial shock of owning a modern trailer with so many features.
