If I could list this as NEW I would. This trailer does not ever look like anyone has stayed in it. Perfect couples trailer. This trailer is as new as you can get a used trailer - it was used a total of 2 times (4 nights total). It has a seperate bedroom, large bathroom and a wonderful living area. The slide is on the "passenger" side with an 18' awing over the top. Easy pulling, easy maneuvering trailer. It has two grey water tanks each 41 gal (making 82 gal grey water capacity). The waste water capacity is 37 gal. The total length is 25' 11" and the height is 10' 10". It has a 25000 btu furnace and an air conditioner that is ducted. It has 3 vents, a 3 burner stove, oven, 12V 10 cu ft refridgerator and a microwave. 165W roof mounted solar panel (the fridge works off the solar and it is awesome).There is a TCL Roku television. Plenty of storage inside as well as a pass through front storage. Lots of windows for any views you can provide it. There are 2 20# propane tanks (full) and a cover. The 30amp power and outside sprayer hose (that came with the trailer) is included.

This trailer is very, very lightly used (total 4 nights). Refridgerator still has new packaging in it. It's easy to get financing through your bank. Sometimes dealing with the dealers isn't great. You're not out anything looking at this trailer. This is a wonderful trailer that will bring lots of good camping memories.
