Low curb weight of 3600lbs allows many tow vehicle options, while 7000lb gross weight rating allows plenty of capacity for cargo and extras. 22' tip to tail fits many campsites not tenable by larger RVs/campers. Queen bed, 2x twin bunks, and a dinette that converts to a double bed, allowing for up to 6x campers. All components are in great condition. Gas/electric refrigerator is ice cold, gas/electric hotwater heater sustains multiple hot showers, AC, 3-burner stovetop, gas oven, TV picks up digital broadcast channels, indoor/outdoor bluetooth-enabled digital sound system, awning, exterior LED lights, exterior/interior showers. Plenty of storage under the bottom bunk (folds up for even more storage) and under the front of the camper with multiple access points. Also includes several extras: $900 Furrion 3x wireless camera system and display to reduce stress driving and parking, $300 front cargo rack to support gas generator, $100 2" reciever for bumper. Exterior is also in great shape with minor scratches. We love this camper, we're only selling because we've outgrown it!
