2001 Fleetwood southwind 36t. Perfect mechanical condition, recently had all mechanicals, including generator checked and all fluids changed. Has had all electrical issues associated with ford wiring repaired. Has the banks power pack added to the engine and transmission improving power and fuel economy. Suspension has been gone thru and perished rubber has been replaced with polyurethane bushings to improve ride and longevity. All features of the vehicle work, air conditoning blows super cold, fridge as well. Bedroom queen size bed is a sleep number adjustable, both sides can be adjusted independantly. Good size shower with a seperate room for the toilet. Televisions have been upgraded to new amazon fire t.v.s, 40 inch in front and 24 inch in bedroom.
Had the gelcoat resealed last month, and it has been done yearly for the life of the vehicle. Vehicle has some cosmetic flaws but is in overall very good condition. Interior is in good shape, not perfect, see pictures. Motorhome includes all items needed to leave on a trip right now, including pots and pans, dishes, and fencing for pets. We have taken this thing out with 6 people and slept comfortably with plenty of room for everyone.
