LOW NADA on this is $16,900 WITHOUT the toyhauler. suggested is 21k!! Selling for UNDER 16k. THIS IS WAAYY UNDER PRICED. YOU WON'T FIND IT CHEAPER AND IN THIS GOOD OF SHAPE ANYWHERE ELSE- TRUST ME! Need it out, I bought a travel trailer, as we never ended up using the toy hauler (except for bicycles!) If you are looking for something you can back in your tandem garage and have plenty of room for your family to camp in, this is it! This is a tent trailer on steroids and THEY DON'T MAKE TOYHAULER ONES LIKE THIS ANYMORE! I bought it in Jan of 2017. It had one owner previously but they never used it, so really I am the first real owner. We have used it probably around 15 times and I have not had any issues. It weighs around 5900 all in and is 30feet in length! It has a KING and a QUEEN. HUGE beds and a table/couch that turns into one (in the SLIDE OUT). Has indoor outdoor speakers/stereo. Indoor/Outdoor shower, toilet, a manual awning (I never used it) outdoor LED lights, gas grill hook up outside. Fridge/Freezer, Stove - 3 burner, oven, 2 sided sink. 2 20gal propane tanks. HEATED mattresses (trust me, you need these in a tent trailer sleeping in the sky above the cold air!), Air conditioner, heater. Has electric/gas or battery to run everything. It really is big. If you want to haul your dirt bikes/quad etc.and have room for more! I ALSO have a cover for it that cost $400 bucks and a sway bar for towing (these are around $700!). I kept it in my garage until this summer but it has been covered at my other house. I SHOULD NOT BE SELLING IT FOR THIS CHEAP BUT AM SO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT NOW. EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO USE IT THIS YEAR, NEXT YEAR YOU WILL BE READY. PRICES WILL ONLY GO UP DURING SEASON!!
