Purchased in 2019 and fully remodeled. Adding to the washer/dryer and second water heater, we built a custom dinette to replace the original worn out lounge chairs. It now can be set up as a table (shown) or converts to a single bed with storage below.
We removed the toilet and black tank and added a compost toilet. We planned to add an additional fresh water tank in the space from the black water tank.
We put down laminate flooring, painted and wallpapered. We replaced all of the cabinet and drawer hardware with new parts from Coach House.
We replaced the kitchen faucet with a nice high arc with pull down spray head.
Interior is in beautiful condition.
Everything is functional and well designed.
