This RV is in great condition as you can see by the photos. It has Auto level and is very easy to tow. It is set up for a washer/dryer if the buyer wants to add it. The 15,000 BTU a/c in the main living area is ducted throughout the inside, the 13,000 BTU was added to the bedroom so that when you are connected to 50 amp full service you can run both units, ( in Florida that is a PLUS). It is also set up to run ONE a/c system from a generator in your tow vehicle if you are one to boondock or roadside camp overnight. The dining room table is free standing and has 4 dining room chairs. It comes with a camera on the back with a wireless monitor in the cab of the tow vehicle. There is plenty of storage in the basement. There is NO water leaks and NO delamination. There is a TV for the outside under the automatic awning. There is a common problem with the Faux leather sofa and theater seating in that they shed there color. (UPDATE) to the ADD as of July 30. The SOFA and LOVE SEAT have been replaced and NOW have quality NON PEELING seating. PLEASE serious inquires only, the RV is located in St Lucie West and is connected to A/C at all times.
