Hi! We're the 2nd owners of this gently used bunkhouse with 3 slides. My wife and I bought this beautiful unit from my brother a couple of years ago. He and I both spent time and money upgrading the interior lighting to LED and doing small repairs when needed.
My brother and his family used the 5th wheel to travel to concerts, soccer tournaments and campgrounds with their large camping crew in Minnesota. Our family has taken excursions to local campgrounds for baseball tournaments and relaxing weekends, building amazing memories here in Arizona. But the kids are getting older and their interests are gravitating toward dirt bikes and quads so it's time to change the way we camp to include a garage.
There are 4 TVs in the unit- master, living room, kids bunk room and the outdoor kitchen.
So much storage! A spacious closet, under bed storage and a dresser in the master. A bathroom closet, under sink and medicine cabinet storage in the bathroom. The kitchen has 6 cabinets and 4 spacious drawers plus a large pantry with 5 cabinets for games and another cabinet for DVDs in the living room. The bunk room has 4 good sized cabinets which includes a DVD cabinet. Outside, the unit has a large underbelly storage, cabinets in the outdoor kitchen and a large storage space cabinet for fishing poles, tackle, heaters, etc.
Your "new" rig rides on Carlisle tires, a significant upgrade from the cheaper stock tires. There are approximately 3k miles on them and they're in great condition with plenty of miles to take you to beautiful destinations.
The kitchen refrigerator switches automatically from propane to electric, depending on your electric availability. The camper heater coupled with the four season insulation will keep you nice and toasty on those cooler winter trips or high altitude excursions.
Whether you're at a full-hookup campground or boondocking it, the 30 amp requirements are easily met and will keep you and the kids warm or cool, entertained with everything you would want to plug in, hot water for a shower or washing dishes and the food cold. We used our generator with 30 amp plug for over half of our trips and had no problems at all.
