Selling our 2016 Forest River Rockwood Premier A122S, $13,200, Great condition, non-smokers, we have used camper frequently, when not in use has always been garage kept and stored in the open position. Includes power cord with surge protector and 50amp, 30amp plugs as well as water hose connection for outside water hook up, and outside grill and small side table which attach to side of camper. Battery replaced this year. Camper does have outside small shower head with hot and cold water and racks installed onto camper to haul kayaks. Refrigerator runs off of gas or electric. AC unit has been inspected and cleaned yearly. All done within last 2years-new tires, foam strip along roof panel has been replaced ( will include box of extra foam sent from forest river). Roof bungees have been replaced in last 2 years, bubble windows have been re-sealed. Wheel bearings were repacked this year. Everything in camper is in excellent condition. Camper has microwave, 3 burner gas stove, sink. Does have connection for cable TV, solar ready if you purchase items needed. Camper size queen bed 54x80. Few extras added with camper are handmade wooden storage shelves and roller storage cabinet with side table. Took out original table for extra room but still have original table which will go with camper as well. Easily towable, very lightweight.
