Unit is in great shape, there is one scratch in wood panel that has been repaired. Will send pic upon request. Has been kept very clean. Queen beds have memory foam toppers included. This camper has been my baby and is hard to sell but need something for my truck bed instead so I can tow a boat.
It is perfect size to fit in most good campsites and easy to tow. It is 19' interior length but the queens pop out so feels bigger inside as the 19' does not include the sleeping area. Love this feature as if you open up the beds you can still feel like you are sleeping under the stars.
Upgraded batteries to Renogy Deep Cycle Batteries in 2020 but haven't put more than few hours on them. Stored inside heated garage and trickle charged sporadically.
48 gal. fresh water, 30.5 gray water tank, 22.5 black water tank. Hot water 6 gal.
2 propane tanks. Exterior shower and bracket and propane hook up outside for grill attachement (grill included). AC/heat. Stereo system, TV hook up. DVD player.
