Brand new power awning (install Spring 2022), batteries (6/21 manufacture date on batteries) install Winter/Spring 2022, less than 18 month old all terrain tires (no cracking and all tread left), grill mounted LED light bar, large exterior access storage area under queen bed, outside shower, cable, TV mounted over queen with cable access at queen and over-cab), refrigerator holds steady at 40, freezer in the single digits (adjustable), on board Cummins Onan generator, on board LPG tank, 3 vents (over queen, BR with fan, and over cab (all with vent covers), 2"x2" hitch receiver (easily towed our Chevy Equinox). Plenty of interior and exterior storage. Roof and seams all resealed this spring and good for another 5+ years. No exterior delamination, the shell is sound. Clean title and runs great.
