1998 Sea Breeze - This has been my home, my sanctuary, for several years now. I have been up and down the east coast, and west to Colorado in this RV. I have lived through hot Key West summers and cold Virginia winters, and been safe and cozy in my home. There is a motorcycle / scooter rack on the back, as that was my main transportation once I got to my location. The air conditioner is only a few years old and works great. This can be a great home for the right person, or perfect for a vacation get away.

Only 3 owners, and we kept good records, even have the original owners manual. Everything works! Good engine, may need some routine maintenance. The hallway accordion curtain needs to be replaced (if you need it.) And the vinyl needs to be replaced in the driving area. Matching vinyl comes with the RV, just needs to be installed.
