We purchased in November, and I spent a few months doing modifications (it's my hobby) and it’s now time to sell. We only used it for one weekend. My silliness is your gain!!

This unit has all factory options, including Washer and Dryer.

1. Safe T Plus Steering Stabilizer. (Makes a HUGE difference on a gas puller. )

5. Basement Fridge/Freezer on slide-out and on inverter.
6. Dirt Devil Central Vacuum.
7. Replaced all 3 TVs with 4K Vizio Smart TVs.
8. New Weber Grill with Quick Connect Hose (never used).
9. Bidet Seat in Master Bath (don't laugh until you try it).
10. Upgraded Water Pump (to run both showers)
11. New custom-made bunk mattresses, plus bunk fans, plus bunk shades.
12. Hardwood Step Treads.
13. Hardwood Bottle Holder.
14. Instahot Water Dispenser under kitchen sink.
15. Counter-Flush Plugs in kitchen and master bathroom.
16. Under-Chassis LED Lights.
17. Installed soft-close door hinges.
18. Installed soft-close drawer slides.
19. Installed carpet in all shelves and drawers.

This RV has the New V8 F53 Chassis. It drives well for a gas-puller, especially with the steering stabilizer.
