A 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40 AH in excellent condition. We are the second owner and have always kept it garaged and well cared for. The Phaeton 40AH package is Tiffin's most popular floor plan and features the highly desirable off white fabrics and extensive cherry wood interior finished in Tiffin's Antique Honey finish. This coach has the all electric package providing heated tile floors, aqua hot system for heat and hot water, and an induction range. It is equipped with a dish washer, washer dryer four TVs, and a fireplace. The engine shows 27,964 miles and generator 504 hours. There are new front tires, six new batteries, tire sun covers, mesh fabric windshield, mirror and wiper covers, and a full length weatherproof fabric cover. In addition, there is a transferable aftermarket warranty with approximately three years left on it. The chassis, engine and generator were just extensively serviced at Bay Diesel in Red Bay, AL. and various interior repairs were made by a Tiffin Technician. In the era of high diesel prices, this RV is very efficient for it's size getting almost 11mpg w/o toad and 9.5mpg with. (64mph).The RV can be inspected in Beaufort, SC, near Hilton Head.
