Great unit to camp in or live in! Arctic Package and comes with everything you need (insulated water hose, power cord, black/grey water hose). Queen bed, 2 couches, large living space, great kitchen area with a lot of storage, stabilizing hitch for easy towing. Slight sun fading on exterior. Wear and tear on a couple kitchen drawers and bedroom/bathroom door. Shower has a floor patch and home sealant job from previous owners, doesn’t look perfect but functions normally. Upgrades: Stabilizing hitch added. Standard queen size bed was added, along with improved suspension arms for when the bed is lifted. Tankless water heater installed to replace the 6 gallon factory one. Shut off valves added to pipes for easier plumbing repairs in the future.(New queen mattress was added and tv was mounted since photos were taken)
