Camper in very good condition, It's perfect for family camping and traveling. Camper has the biggest shower that I have seen in a camper. It has been a great camper and everything thing still works great. It has 2 A/C units that you need during Louisiana summers. I swapped the sofa bed for theater seats but still have the sofa bed for the new owner,added nice 4 step swing out steps on the front door. The reason for selling is the kids don't go anymore,so I upgraded to a couples camper. No smoking or pets ever in this camper.
