This is a beautiful 2021 40 feet long grand design solitude 3950bh floor plan. It has four pop outs, two awnings, an extra outdoor kitchen, indoor/outdoor sound system, wired throughout for cable, enclosed space under the front built in for a generator and tons of heated storage underneath the front. It also has two air conditioning units, one for the main living area and one for the master bedroom and a solar panel. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, the kitchen table folds down for another bed, three bunks and a pull out couch bed in the bunk house. The couch in the main area is reclining and has heated and massage options and the tv in the living area and bedroom are included. Two full bathrooms with showers, I have a curtain in the front bathroom. Non smoking occupants, only one owner and has only been towed from the dealership to family property in Nevada and then towed to Georgia and stored. The main entry steps were taken off to reduce wear and tear but have been put back on. It has self leveling jacks, nautilus water system, electric and gas heat options. The whole thing is in very good condition I just have moved and no longer need it. I am only asking for what I owe on the loan.
