Hydronic engine preheat.Trimark keyless entry with key fob, exterior sunshades, power interior sun visors, and a&e power patio awning and door awning both with wind sensors. 10KW Onam quiet diesel generator on power tray /dimension 2000-watt inverter, 50-amp power with power cord reel. Central water filtration system, power water hose reel, heated insulated systems compartment. Three low profile 15m btu air conditioners. Four docking lights, lighted grab bar at entrance, led step light. Agua Hot hydronic heating and endless hot water system diesel and electric (which was completely rebuilt in 2020). Central vacuum w/attachments. Two pass thru basement compartments, one with a pull out drawer. Four slide outs, two in bedroom, and two in front of coach. Flexsteel leather pilot and co pilot seats, both seats swivel when parked and copilot seat has a footrest that raises. Two flat screen tv’s (1 living room, 1 bedroom both with DVD players ) inside and exterior outside TV compartment with flat screen television. Two leather sleeper sofas, 2 dinette chairs and 2 folding chairs, table pulls out to accommodate 4, also pull-out island, all counter tops are Corian. Kenmore Full size residential refrigerator with ice maker (new in 2018). Sharp microwave/convection oven. Cabinet storage over both couches and kitchen and dining room table. Bedroom has a mirrored full closet with a wall safe, A queen sleep comfort mattress, build in dresser with 4 drawers. A smaller closet and drawer on other side of bed and Corian top, small laboratory with medicine cabinet and under storage and laboratory drawers and lighting, small closet with 3 drawer and a washer/dryer combo. The bathroom has a laboratory with under cabinet storage, mirrored medicine cabinet, electric flush toilet, and overhead toilet cabinet. This coach has been well maintained and well loved. Outside passenger side does have scrape at the bottom of the basement doors toward back of coach (picture available upon request)
