ONE OWNER, GARAGE KEPT, NO SMOKING, SUPER CLEAN!! HARD TO FIND ONE AS WELL CARED FOR AS THIS ONE!! OUR GRAND DESIGN 2021 2930 RL was HAND PICKED, UPGRADED and ORDERED DIRECT from Factory) Built a Barndominium to store it. SUPER PICKY AND CLEAN we have been, everyone removes shoes at the door. We LOVE everything about the GRAND DESIGN, however maybe going a different direction as we have some elderly family that needs our attention. We Purdue people did a lot of research before choosing this brand. 2 Shops we visited told us they don't have any issues to speak of with the GRAND DESIGN and we have not! We upgraded the MORyde Suspension, 2 air conditioners, Heat pump, Prep-ed for a Washer/Dryer and Gen prep-ed. We used our 2 Cummins Generators instead (NOT INCLUDED). The 2 awnings are lit. Lots of storage underneath in heated area and upfront. Large pantry and overhead cabinets everywhere. Window over the master bed has awakening views in the vineyards in early morning (shade pulls down if you want to sleep!). Double Wardrobes and 4 drawers stores abundance of clothes, nightstands have extra room under both. Shower is AMAZING my 6ft husband has lots of room! FRAME NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY, NEED TO MAKE AN APPT! ** We know the quality and care and maintianence of this unit is the best. ***Queen Mattress(NOT INCLUDED)
