Windshield has no chips or cracks. Non smoking and no pets. Never towed anything since purchasing this unit. New engine battery , wipers, alignment and new tires September of 2021 at 15,000 miles. Plenty of brakes remaining. No oil leaks. Low generator hours at 304.5. Electronic leveling jacks. Added heavy duty front stabilizer after purchase. Super clean inside. No tears or wear anywhere. Also includes the following items, Propane Coleman grill, propane portable fire pit with 5 gallon tank, telescoping ladder, receiver hitch 20 foot telescoping flagpole, two 50 ft heavy duty extension cords, 4 traffic safety cones, 12 folding chairs, 4 stadium bleacher chairs with backs,outside tv and stereo, 12 x 12 pop up canopy, Cuisinart coffee maker , new towel set and blankets. We have only slept in this rv a total of 6 nights. Shower has only been used twice. We purchased this rv for football tailgating for our sons college games.Queen mattress was upgraded after purchase.
