This travel trailer toy hauler has been, to be honest, a bit more than this couple has needed. It has been excelent the few times we have taken the grandkids and the side by side. However, we have not used it as more than just a travel trailer enough to justify such a rig for the two of us. It has been nice when the weather has been wet or a little breezy to sit in the garage and look out at the mountains. We have not taken the trailer on any long trips and have stayed within an hour or two of our home with it. The trailer has been maintained regularly and kept under a trailer sized carport when not being used. The generator has been exercised regularly and the fuel kept fresh and stabilized. Other than some fiberglass repairs made under warranty the trailer is as it was when new. The fresh water tank capacity is 96 gallons combined with the water heater of 6 gallons makes up the 102 stated fresh water capacity. The Sanicon macerator pump is great to be able to dump the waste tanks at home using garden hoses designated for that use. Boondocking has been a breeze with this trailer. Included in the price is the remainder of a seven year extended service agreement that went active the first of August 2020 so it will be good through the end of July 2027. There is a $100 deductable for service under the included contract. Seller will pay the $50 fee for transfering the extended service contract.
