New tires as of April of 2021 and have maybe 1k miles on. I’ve upgraded the insulation in bedroom area in the belly area. I’ve installed an electric fireplace under the television within the cabinetry to keep your footsies warm as your watching the 44” television. Trailer has been used but not neglected.  Everything within the unit is in great working condition. Newer queen size regular mattress for a better nights sleep.
