2012 Fleetwood Southwind VS. RV is in great overall shape. Very well taken care of. No kids. No pets. Smells clean, looks clean. Exterior is excellent. Interior is excellent. Seats and cushions are all full and comfy with little wear. Runs great, oil changed regularly. Stored inside during winters. Has been driven to California, Texas, Florida all from Iowa. zero issues over the road. Only issue is generator which needs looked at by mechanic. Does not create full power. Could be a simple fix or potential replacement. Not sure. Negotiable price. Any questions just ask!
