This is a 2021 and still has 1.5 years of warranty left. We made quite a few renovations to it, but due to us finding a renovation home, we are putting our focus on that. Priced for quick sell! There are a few things that still need done to complete the renovation. Please see below list of renovations needed and list of renovations that were completed. Great chance to get a basically new toyhauler for a fraction of the price due to us not having time to finish it up!

Insulation Package that includes a heated and enclosed underbelly with suspended tanks, a high-capacity furnace, a moisture barrier floor enclosure, and cabinet-mounted heat ducts. Incl. a 30-gallon fuel station with an interior and exterior gauge, a dovetail rear rend, and 2,500-LB tie-downs anchored into the chassis.

List of completed renovations:
-Removed HappiJac Sofa's and table (kept the queen HappiJac bed)
-Removed kitchen cabinets and replaced with modern industrial wood floating shelves
-Painted the whole interior white
-Added a modern backsplash in kitchen
-Removed kitchen sink and put in a nice matte black Ikea sink and faucet
-Added Shelving and a hanging bar to the 1/2 bath. We used this as a closet, but kept the sink and toilet if you'd like to keep it a bathroom. Otherwise both can easily be removed for a true closet

Renovations that still need done:
-Add a flat top desk to the bottom HappiJac system for an automatic Stow-Away Desk/Office
-Paint main bathroom + minor touchups throughout
-Cleanup the 1/2 bath sink from paint job
-Add large mirror to bedroom wall (removed the flimsy one it came with)
-Replace sink and faucet (optional, we just didn't like the look of it)
-Replace the Showerhead faucet (optional)

Warranty work:
Currently waiting to get this unit in for some warranty work. The soonest we could get it it is March. This unit is still under warranty and the warranty is transferable according to my dealer. See below list of issues:
-Back glass patio doors need replaced due to one of the doors not functioning properly. We bought it like this
-One screen on window in living room needs replaced
-Two Roof Vent covers need replaced
-Screen door on kitchen main entrance will not close properly
